YOU DON’T HAVE A MOTIVATION PROBLEM, YOU HAVE 'THIS' PROBLEM...

Most people think they need more motivation.

Truth is…they usually need a better system.

Because motivation is unreliable as hell 😂

Nobody feels fired up all the time.

Not me.

Not you.

Not anyone who’s managed to get results long term.

Real life gets involved.

Busy weeks.

Poor sleep.

Work stress.

Social plans.

Low energy.

Bank holidays throwing routines off.

...and this is where most people fall into the same trap…

They miss one workout, eat off plan for a day or two, and suddenly convince themselves they’ve “fallen off.”

So they wait for Monday.

Or, next month.

Or, “when things calm down.”

But the people who actually make progress don’t avoid difficult weeks…

They just stop treating imperfect weeks like failure.

That’s the shift.

Because progress is rarely built during the weeks where everything goes perfectly.

It’s built during the messy weeks where you still do something anyway 👊🏻

A shorter workout still counts.

A walk instead of sitting on the sofa still counts.

A better food choice still counts.

Tracking a messy day still counts.

Maintaining your weight during a stressful week still counts.

This week alone I’ve seen people:

➡️ Train despite not feeling 100%

➡️ Keep routines ticking over during stressful weeks

➡️ Stay accountable instead of disappearing

➡️ Make better choices without trying to be perfect

That stuff matters more than most people realise.

Because consistency isn’t about being “all in.”

It’s about keeping momentum moving even when life gets chaotic.

That’s why I always say…

Stop focusing on being perfect for the next 7 days.

Instead ask yourself:

“What’s ONE thing I refuse to negotiate on this week?”

Maybe it’s:

* Hitting your steps

* Getting 3 workouts done

* Tracking your food honestly

* Prioritising protein

* Going to bed earlier

* Drinking more water

Simple habits.

Repeated consistently.

Around real life.

That’s what changes people long term.

Not extremes.

Not motivation.

Not another “fresh start Monday.”

Momentum 🚂

So here’s the challenge…

Before Sunday, what’s ONE thing becoming non-negotiable for you?

And if you’re struggling with the stop-start cycle and want help building a routine that actually fits around real life…

Drop me a message with the word “INTERESTED” 👊🏻
