I despised my body for years and had a love-hate relationship with the gym. I invested time and money into various fitness trends, followed the advice from Men's Health magazines, and even stocked up on protein shakes, hoping for a magical transformation. But disappointment plagued me, and my self-confidence suffered. Little did I know that a shift in mindset would be the catalyst for real change.
